Project Fund Manager (PFM) Screening 

  • PFM Review Concept Notes & and their budgets
  • PFM Assess Individual Project Risks
  • PFM Select Suitable Projects
  • PFM Prepare Funding Memo to the CEO

Secretariat Validation 

  • Secretariat Validates Conformance of Selected projects to Basic TACT Criteria and conducts site visits
  • Secretariat Prepares Submission to the Board
  • The Approves the Concept Notes
