Timoth Mussa MMbaga

Chairman of the Board 

Timoth Mussa MMbaga holds Masters of Science in Agribusiness from Sokoine University of Agricultural (2007-2009). He holds bachelor of Science in agric.general (1992-1997).  Twalib is the Executive Director of the Agricultural Council of Tanzania (ACT). He worked with the Ministry of Agriculture Livestock and Fisheries (MALF) as Officer in charge of Parliamentary issues in the Ministry.  He worked with the P.I.D.P (Participatory Irrigation Development Programme) as a District Programme Manager, the programme funded by both IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development) and Tanzanian Government through the Ministry of Agriculture. He worked with the HIMA – DANIDA Project as a Development Centre Facilitator in Iringa District. HIMA (Hifadhi ya Mazingira) was the DANIDA funded Environmental Conservation Project dealing with conservation Agriculture in Iringa Region.  He works with the Economic Research Bureau (ERB) at University of Dar es salaam dealing with research on coffee Marketing and performance of Cooperative societies, this was an assignment from the Ministry of Agriculture and sponsored by European Economic Community (EEC) by then, which is now EU.

Leodegar Chilla Tenga

Leodegar Chilla Tenga holds masters of business administration from University of Dar es Salaam. He holds bachelor of science in mechanical engineer from university of Dar es Salaam.  He holds Certificate in Project Analysis from International Institute, USDA Graduate School, Washington D.C., USA. He holds Certificate in Planning and Appraisal of Industrial Projects and Project Planning Center from University of Bradford, UK. He holds Certificate in Foundry Engineering from Nagoya International Training Center, Nagoya, Japan.

Siza Donald Tumbo

Board Member 

Siza Donald Tumbo holds doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) Agric. Engineering, Penn State University, United States. He holds Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Engineering, University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agric. Engineering, Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania.
Siza is the member of Academic Staff (promoted to Professor in 2012), Sokoine University of Agriculture [www.sua.ac.tz] (1991-today).  He is the director of Computer Centre [www.cict.sua.ac.tz], Sokoine University of Agriculture, (2006 – 2009). He is the director-General, Centre for Agricultural Mechanization and Rural Technology (CAMARTEC) [www.camartec.go.tz], Appointed by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, (Annual Budget: Tsh 2 Bil [US$ 870,000 ] ), 2016 – 2018. He is the Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Appointed by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania [www.kilimo.go.tz], (Annual Budget: Tsh 240 Bil [US$ 104Mil ] ), (2018 – today).

Dr. Rashid Adam Tamatamah

Board Member 

Dr. Rashid Adam Tamatamah holds doctor of philosophy Ph.D. (Limnology) (1998-2002) from University of Waterloo, Canada. He holds Masters of Science in Aquaculture & Fish management (1989-1990) from University of Stirling, Scotland. He holds Bachelor of science in Education, (Upper Second class) 1985-1988 from University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He holds Diploma in Fisheries Science (1981-1983) form Kunduchi Fisheries Institute, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He holds certificates in fisheries science (1979-1981) form Nyegezi Fisheries Institute., Mwanza, Tanzania.
Dr. Rashid is the Permanent Secretary-Fisheries (Min. Livestock & Fisheries) July 2018 to date. He saved as a director General, Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute Dec. 2016 to June 2018.  He worked as the Head, Dept. of Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Technology (UDSM) 2014 to 2016. He saved as a Head, Department of Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries (UDSM) 2003 to 2010. He saved as a Training Officer, Kunduchi Fisheries Institute (DSM)

Tixon Tuyangine Nzunda.

Board Member 

Tixon Tuyangine Nzunda holds masters of science (Global Ethics), 2009, from University of Birmingham (UK). He holds Master’s Degree in Public Administration (Human Resources Management), 2003, from Mzumbe University. He holds Advanced Diploma in Public Administration (ADPA), 1997, From Institute of Development Management (IDM) Mzumbe. He holds Diploma in Education, 1992, Korogwe Teachers College. He completed Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education, 1991, from Korogwe Teachers College. He completed Certificate of Secondary School, 1988, from Mbozi Secondary School.

Tixon Tuyangine Nzunda is the Permanent Secretary (Livestock Sector) – Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries from 8th January, 2022 to date. He worked as a Permanent Secretary (Prime Minister & Parliament) – Prime Minister’s Office from September, 2019 to January, 2022. He is the Deputy Permanent Secretary (Education)- PO- Regional and local Government Administration from 19.05.2017 to date. He saved as a Regional Administrative Secretary (RAS) – Rukwa Regional Secretariat from 9.9.2016 to 19.05.2017. He saved as a Deputy Permanent Secretary (DPS) – PO-Public Service Management (October, 2015 to December, 2015. He saved as a secretary –Public Service Leaders, Ethics Secretariat (2010 to 2015). He saved as a Principal Administrative Officer I – President’s Office – Public Service Management (2005-2010). He saved as a Head of Department of Personnel and Administration, Kibondo District Council (2002 – 2003).
